Emily
Well, I did not even hesitate when my fellow photographer and friend, Heather, asked me to photograph her best friend, Emily’s, wedding. We all got together for dinner and I knew right away that Emily and Elliott were so special. The love was pouring and I saw it even more in Elliott on their wedding day.
I was also so impressed with Heather, she actually was able to relax and put down her camera even before the ceremony started. I’ve been there so I know how hard it is to surrender so woohoo for Heather! We took the bridal party shots at Wilde Lake before heading over to Oakland Manor for the ceremony and reception. I could not have asked for a more beautiful day or couple.

After the ceremony, the party was fabulous. Emily took off her veil and put a flower/feather headpiece in that was fabulous they had matching LDUB & MDUB belts. Emily traded in her shoes for some cowboy boots as they danced the night away to the amazing sounds of The Motorettes, an oldies motown band.
